Terms and Conditions

Linkin1 has the right to amend or update the Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes a reasonable time before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you fully accept the amendments.

Linkin1 is a software platform (Software as a Service) that gives users technical tools to create personal link pages, publish their content, and direct their visitors to external destinations. In keeping with that nature, the role of Linkin1 is confined to:

• Hosting pages and providing templates and publishing tools.
• Providing technical support and infrastructure security.
• Applying the usage policies when a report or an automated alert is received.

Linkin1 is not — under any circumstances — a seller of the goods or services displayed on users’ pages, nor their agent or representative, nor an e-commerce marketplace, an escrow account, a financial intermediary or a payment service provider between users and their visitors. The platform has no contractual or commercial relationship between a page owner and their visitor, or with any external party the visitor reaches through the page’s links.

Linkin1 does not exercise proactive or editorial control over published content before it appears, and does not verify the accuracy of offers, prices or page owners’ claims, or their legal or commercial identity.

• The user must be 18 years of age or older.
• Accurate, up-to-date information must be provided.
• You are fully responsible for protecting your account and password, and for any activity carried out through your account.

• The username must be appropriate and must not infringe the rights of others or intellectual property.
• Linkin1 has the right to require the user to change it, or to suspend it, where a violation exists.

• Free and paid plans are available, and a subscription can be cancelled at any time.
• Paid plans run until the end of their term and then revert automatically to the free plan unless they are renewed.
• Where the Terms or the content policies are breached, Linkin1 has the right to cancel or suspend the account without refunding the amounts paid for the remaining period, in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.
• By accepting these Terms, you automatically accept the Refund Policy.

Public pages include fixed design and functional elements belonging to the platform, such as the share button, the social sharing options dialog, the display of the page’s direct link, the report button, and the policy links at the foot of the page.

A phrase such as "Powered by Linkin1" or "Made with Linkin1" may be displayed on public pages. These elements form part of the technical and design structure of the platform and may not be disabled, removed or modified unless expressly stated otherwise within a paid plan.

• You are solely responsible for the content you publish, and you confirm that you hold all the rights necessary to publish it.
• Linkin1 does not review or pre-approve content and bears no legal or financial responsibility for it. The user bears 100% of the legal or financial responsibility relating to any post.
• Where there is an official report or a lawful request, we have the right to share the necessary data in accordance with the regulations in force (email address, IP address, and the technical data associated with the account).
• Linkin1 has the right to delete or disable any infringing content without prior notice.

Any sale, purchase, payment, delivery, agreement, communication, promotion or service that takes place between a page owner and their visitor (or any third party the visitor reaches through the page’s links) is a relationship entirely independent of Linkin1, and rests in full with the two parties to the transaction.

• Linkin1 receives no funds in respect of transactions between page owners and their visitors, and takes no part in payment processing, invoicing or delivery.
• Linkin1 does not guarantee the quality of the products or services displayed, does not provide them, does not approve them, does not adopt their content, and does not verify the accuracy of the promises, prices or licence certificates set out on pages.
• Where a commercial or financial dispute arises between a page owner and a visitor — such as non-delivery of a product, failure to refund an amount, a disagreement over specifications, or an allegation of fraud — it is a direct dispute between the two parties, and is referred to the competent authorities (such as the Ministry of Commerce, the Public Prosecution, or the security authorities) and not to Linkin1.
• The role of Linkin1 — where a report is received — is limited to reviewing the page against the usage policies, and may extend to suspending or deleting the page only. It does not include compelling the page owner to pay, deliver or refund, nor any compensation from Linkin1 to the visitor.
• The visitor acknowledges that they deal with page owners at their own risk, and that it is for them to verify the identity and trustworthiness of the other party before completing any transaction.

Linkin1 grants the verified badge to certain pages after reviewing documents submitted by the page owner when applying for verification. The purpose of the badge is to indicate that the page owner submitted, at that time, a document asserting a particular identity or activity. It is an identifying feature only and goes no further than that.

Users and visitors expressly acknowledge that the verified badge:

• Reflects the moment the application was made only; that is, the review takes place once, at the time the application is processed, and does not involve ongoing monitoring or periodic re-verification of the page’s content or the owner’s activity after the badge is granted.
• Is not a guarantee that the documents submitted are accurate, nor a confirmation that those documents are genuine, unforged, or subsequently valid. Linkin1 treats documents as they are presented to it, and does not conduct any judicial or criminal verification of their authenticity.
• Is not an endorsement by Linkin1 of the page owner, nor a recommendation of them, nor a guarantee of the quality of their products or services, the integrity of their dealings, their ethics, or their compliance with the law.
• Does not prevent the page owner from changing their trade name, contact details, page content or the nature of their activity after the badge is granted, and does not guarantee that their current activity remains consistent with the document submitted at the time of verification.
• Does not create any obligation on Linkin1 to monitor the verified page, or to inspect its content or its transactions on an ongoing basis.

Linkin1 bears — within the scope of verification — a minimum duty of care consisting of reviewing the document submitted at the time of the application only. Linkin1 bears no legal, financial or compensatory responsibility for any acts carried out by the owner of a verified page (including, without limitation, fraud, non-delivery, a change of activity, promotion of infringing content, or any harm to a visitor), whether those acts took place before the badge was granted or after it.

It rests with the visitor — before dealing with any page, verified or not — to verify independently the identity, trustworthiness and suitability of the other party for their needs, and to confirm the validity of any regulatory licences with the competent official authorities. The presence of a verified badge is no substitute for that verification and does not stand in its place.

Linkin1 reserves the right — and not the obligation — to remove or suspend the verified badge at any time and without prior notice, if it becomes apparent that there is misrepresentation in the documents submitted, that substantiated reports have been received, that a breach of the terms of use has occurred, or for any other reason it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

Provisions specific to the verification of content creators: in addition to the above, the following provisions apply to a verification applicant in their capacity as a content creator:

• This type of verification is granted on the basis of the applicant’s declaration that they hold an officially verified account on one of the approved platforms (Instagram, TikTok or YouTube only), and on a one-time check, at the time the application is made, of their ownership of that account, by sending the verification code Linkin1 provides in a direct message from the account itself.
• The applicant declares and warrants that they are the actual owner of the verified account submitted and are authorised to manage it, and that the verified badge on the external platform is genuine and valid and was not obtained in a manner contrary to that platform’s terms.
• Linkin1 does not verify with the external platforms independently and does not guarantee the validity or the continuation of verification status on those platforms, and bears no responsibility for any change to, or cancellation of, the account’s verification with the original platform after the badge is granted.
• The verified badge on Linkin1 is not an endorsement or a guarantee of the content creator’s content, activity, advertising or commercial dealings with others (including paid promotion, the sale of products and services, or marketing campaigns), and the content creator alone bears full legal responsibility for their content and their dealings.
• Linkin1 reserves the right to reject the application, or to remove the badge immediately and without compensation, if the account loses its verification on the original platform, or its ownership, its identity or the nature of its content changes, or impersonation is established, or the badge is misused, or the terms of use are breached.
• The content creator undertakes to indemnify Linkin1, its owners and its employees for any losses, damages, fines or legal costs arising from their impersonation of an identity, their provision of inaccurate information, their activity through their verified account, or any claim brought by a third party as a result.

Publishing any content that breaches laws or policies is prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Fundraising conducted unofficially or through non-governmental platforms.
• Sexual, pornographic or indecent content.
• Scams, fraud, phishing, malicious links, or social engineering.
• Promotion of get-rich-quick schemes, or any unlicensed financial or investment activity such as cryptocurrencies.
• Trading recommendations from persons not licensed by the Capital Market Authority.
• The sale of accounts, subscriptions or unlicensed digital services.
• Fake engagement (bots, fake followers, fake views).
• Pirated software or cracking tools.
• Extremist political, ethnic or sectarian content, and hate speech.
• Defamatory content — publishing accusations or allegations against individuals or entities without an official legal basis.
• Gambling, drugs, or unlicensed medicines.
• Impersonation, or use of the Linkin1 name or logo in a way that implies an official capacity.
• Any content that breaches the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or insults its symbols.

A violation may lead to a permanent ban on the account, and this may include blocking an IP address or restricting access to the platform where necessary.

• Linkin1 has the right to suspend or delete any account or page on reasonable suspicion, or where a violation is established.
• We reserve the right to take the appropriate measures to protect the platform and its users from any potential harm.
• Linkin1 has the right to impose a full or partial ban on any user in accordance with risk management assessments and without prior warning.

The use of scripts, automated tools, or any activity intended to circumvent the platform’s systems is prohibited. Where an attempt at fraud or phishing is established, the necessary legal measures will be taken, including notifying the competent authorities where appropriate.

Linkin1 has the right to request identity verification documents where infringing activity is suspected. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may lead to the suspension or deletion of the account.

Submitting false reports, or disparaging the platform or its trademark without a legal basis, is prohibited. We reserve the right to take the appropriate legal action where there is deliberate abuse or defamation.

Linkin1 undertakes to cooperate with the official authorities in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to provide them with the information required under a lawful request.

Linkin1 reserves the right — and not the obligation — to review the content published on the platform. Any review or measure taken is at the sole discretion of the platform in accordance with its internal policies. Linkin1 does not undertake to monitor content proactively, nor to detect every violation, and the receipt of any report — or the failure to act on it — is not a waiver of its right to act later, nor an endorsement of the content of the page.

Where a report is received that relates to a dispute falling outside the powers of Linkin1 (financial, commercial or personal disputes, or criminal matters), the platform has the right to disregard the report or to refer it to the competent authority, with no obligation to respond to the reporter or to take any action.

The services of Linkin1 are provided "as is" and "as available" (AS IS / AS AVAILABLE), without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — without limitation — warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, accuracy, or the reliability of the content published by users.

• Linkin1 does not guarantee that the service will be continuously available, and the service may be affected by scheduled or emergency maintenance, or by failures beyond the platform’s control.
• Linkin1 bears no responsibility for the accuracy, correctness or completeness of the content that users publish, nor for their claims or promises towards visitors.
• The appearance of a page on the platform is not an endorsement or a recommendation by Linkin1 of its owner, its content or its products.

Linkin1 pages by their nature contain links to external sites, platforms and services that the user places there themselves. These links are not under the control of Linkin1 or subject to its review, and the platform bears no responsibility for:

• The content or the privacy policies of the linked sites.
• The safety, accuracy or legality of the transactions carried out on those sites.
• Any financial, moral or technical harm suffered by a visitor as a result of visiting an external link.

The visitor acknowledges that reaching any external destination through a Linkin1 page is done at their sole risk.

The user agrees to defend Linkin1, its employees and its partners, to indemnify them and to hold them harmless from any claims, actions, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) brought by any third-party entity or person and arising because of, or in connection with:

• The user’s content, claims or activity on the platform.
• Any transaction or agreement between the user and their visitors or third parties.
• The user’s breach of these Terms or of the regulations in force.
• The user’s infringement of the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy or reputation rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Linkin1 — nor any of its employees or partners — bears any responsibility for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, or the indirect loss of profits, opportunities, reputation or data.
• Disputes or damages arising between users themselves, or between them and visitors or third parties, even if they arose through a page published on the platform.
• The acts or the content of any user, visitor or third party.
• Service interruption, data loss, or technical faults beyond the platform’s reasonable control.

The total liability of Linkin1 towards any user — however many its causes — shall not exceed the value of the amounts they actually paid to the platform during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred (100) Saudi riyals, whichever is greater. As for visitors who have paid no amount to the platform, Linkin1 bears no financial liability towards them whatsoever.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the Saudi judiciary. For enquiries or support: support@linkin1.com
